Cracks in Concrete

What's best/easy way to repair cracks in bare concrete shop floor? It's been poured 10 yrs and get a little more each year.
Cracks are (guessing) 1/32 to maybe 1/8 wide.

Grind them out, fill with polyurea. Flooring companies should be able to sell you what you need.

If this is the product I am thinking it is, you can buy small backer rod or some other caulk to go down in the cracks under this to keep you from having to fill any voids down below.
