He was right in my opinion. But, I have tried before, went with the usual fork and spoon.

The best tool for getting rice in your mouth is a little shovel.

This is what I use.

Elfiii. What is your recipe for Egg drop soup. I love that stuff. Especially with those crispy things.

4 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp corn starch
2 tbsp scallions chopped
2 eggs
1 egg yolk

Reserve 1 cup of chicken broth. Add 3 cups of broth, salt and the scallions to a pot and bring to a boil.

Beat the eggs and egg yolk together.

Add the corn starch to the reserved chicken broth and stir it in.

Drizzle the beaten eggs/yolk into the boiling pot with a whisk or fork. The egg will cook immediately.

Once all the egg has been added and cooked reduce the heat to simmer or low and add the broth/corn starch until you get the desired thickness.

It tastes as good as any Chinese restaurant egg drop soup.

On your recipe it says two eggs and one egg yolk. I’m assuming that’s just what it says, or is that two egg whites and one yolk?
