So I'm shifting in to soup mode. Beer cheese soup for tonight. Fried up a bunch of chopped bacon ends and then cooked some jalapeno, red pepper, and yellow onion in some of the grease. Butter, flour, chicken stock, pilsner beer, and heavy cream went in before a sizeable amount of cheddar and pepper jack. She's got a definite bite.
And a throwback from last week I forgot to post. Crispy orange venison and brocolli over rice.
