milk, cornmeal, flour, cheese, eggs, oil, jalapeno peppers
crawfish with a little dusting of creole seasoning
baaaacon crumbles
dry ingredients with the cheese (keeps the cheese from going to the bottom of the skillet). wet ingredients with jalapeno peppers.
all together now. then into greased skillet and pre-heated oven
crawfish cornbread (it could be a meal itself...)
...but I served it with pan sautéed tripletail with lemon butter sauce, canned green beans, and yella rice. it was darn good.
