Looks good, you know we were not raised with any kind of stuffing, so when I get a chance I always eat it when I see it.
I save mine in the freezer as well. I make dressing with it when the time comes.

This, except you have to add Steens molasses to have a complete meal. We had this for supper many times growing up.

Put the cornbread in a bowl with a slice of onion preferably Vidalia and cover with buttermilk and a liberal dose of fresh ground black pepper. If you cant handle buttermilk then use regular.
