A Hillbilly kind of Burger

PopPop

Gone But Not Forgotten
We got some organic, grass fed ground beef from some old friends today. They call it Prime Burger, it is made from the Prime cuts of beef that they produce on their farm. I gotta tell y'all, that's the best ground beef I have ever eaten. I don't plan on ever cooking another burger from another source.
Loosely pattied, lightly seasoned, over a hot fire.
I believe the Hillbilly could of choked one down. I did mess mine up with some condiments.
It was still tolerable.

Looks good PopPop! I agree with you on the grass fed beef. We pick up some from the local CSA folks around here from time to time.

This is some Greg and Janie Dennis produced on their farm in Ranburne, AL.
They sell it on Saturdays behind Tanner.
