2023 TURKEY CHALLENGE 1st place Team
Organizing our second banquet and we are looking for something out of the ordinary. Could anyone point me in the direction of some that might be willing to donate a hunt, items or underwrite things for us? Tax deductible plus free advertisement.
Some things about the new leadership is involvement of youth in the conservation effort and hunting. This past spring, we did a sponsorship program for wood duck boxes, built and hung 31. We have also taken 10 youths that have never been waterfowl hunting and the majority succeeded in taking their first fowl (they all had their chances and then some )
We are a small chapter, but we are working to put the future of the sport up front with our youth and conservation efforts. WV may not be the mecca of waterfowl, but it does have its moments if the weather cooperates.
