Started out with a few trip to get enough little wild trout for a good meal. Then I went to the woods yesterday to dig a mess of ramps to fry with some taters. Got what I needed and left many more for everyone else.
Here they are cleaned.

I like to chop mine tops and all and fry them with the taters. I tried something new this time. I diced up the ramps and mixed them in my slaw instead of onions. My lord it was good!!!
Heres the finished product. I ate till I was ashamed of myself.
