Gentlemen,
A buddy and I fished the jetties 7/2 and 7/4. We spent both days throwing jigs. I think it confused some of the regulars out there.

7/2 was a little slower in general, but we were able to find a few more tagger redfish.

7/4 was better for eaters, but the reds were a little more scarce. Did see a giant shark and a handful of tarpon, but no hookups.

Great place to throw lures. Love fishing that area.

Do you eat jacks?

My buddy has a neighbor who likes them pretty good. I've heard the small ones are alright. I'll stick with the flatfish...

I think yall were at the ramp when we were pulling out Sunday. We watched the guy with the older skiff pull out with his motor still running.
