I am right tickled with it, best thing yet for outdoor cooking. I seldom have time to do a smoke on my Akorn, but this thing is convenient, versitile and quick.
I am doing some research on Chinese seasonings in preparation for doing some Mongolian BBQ, one of my all time favorites.
