I have that same feeder. Hogs used to turn it over. I put screws through the leg sections and purchased feet from Moultrie. I use long rebar to stake it down. Pigs couldnt turn it over after that.

Stop feeding now. The bear will camp out on that corn and run all the deer off till the food is gone. They will eventually destroy your feeder.
We've all but given up our supplemental feed because of the bears. Our best bet to measure population is trail cams on salt licks and mock scrapes:
