I see a notice about the bacteria where is not recommended for swimming. But I want to go shrimping on the coastal Resources Division website there's nothing about a ban on swimming. do you know if it is current?

The web site is kept current. They seem to leave the signs up at Jekyll all the time now. If you go there to vacation or spend the day, and they can keep you out of the water, for whatever reason, you will spend more money on other activities.
