I went out fishing way back in the mountains yesterday, so I came home tired and hongry. I had the last two of my giant homemade brioche burger buns and some fresh ground chuck and some Kennebec taters and a Blackstone griddle, so the end result was this enormous, delicious burger. One of the best burgers I've ever had, I think.
