I guess I do when you find one thawed and cheap!
Was going to find a Turkey Breast I saw the other day and some chicken for the dogs. But this 10 lb.er was spotted and cheaper than breast.
Had some stew to go with it I made last week, and coleslaw mom made Easter when I went and smoked her some Baby backs.
Sorry I didn't get any plated shots, we were hungry and it all took place rather rapidly.
