Boudin and Duck peppers

Looks excellent. If you wanna try something different the next time you do Boudin and peppers. Take the boudin out of the casing and mix with some duck and stuff into peppers.

Oh yeah,,, I likes me some boudin. Time to dig through the freezer,, I think there might be some in there. Looks good my friend!!
