"Johnny Box"/pup search

Does anyone have diagram or picture of a "Johnny Box"?
I've been messing around with quail for over 40 years, building traps, call back pens, feeders and the like but never built a "Johnny Box". My Dad wants to build some but he can't quite describe it to me. Any help appreciated.
Also, had to put down one of our dogs this year and we are looking for a new pup, prefer English pointer female, doesn't need to be a registared dog, we go for "meat dogs", again, any help appreciated.
