Last I heard I believe it is only available to a select few, mostly in Georgia. Might shoot a mod a PM and get a coupon code so you can download it.

Not having an app is why I'm on ODT , not here. Its 2015 and the GON peeps are still in 1996... it's ridiculous not to even be on Tapatalk but the admins here REFUSE. I even contacted the home office a few months ago to ask why and they had no answer.
