Lamb chops, second go-around

Tried these a couple months ago and I over-cooked them a little. This time, I set the sous vide temp at 127, and cooked them for 6 hours, then finished them with some smoke on the grill.

Some roasted root veggies and green beans to go along.

Finished off with a Mexican wet chocolate cake. I think I impressed the Mrs.

I like Lamb Ribs!
I finally tried lamb a few years ago because the Butcher told me it was a lot like Venison, had a little game taste.
Buuuuutt unlike venison, you can eat the fat and it was good!!!!!!:clap:
