Elevated Mobile Deer Stands

At deer hunting shows like Buckarama, I've seen these kind of deer stands, but I have never seen any used in Georgia. Seems like I remember seeing a few of these types of deer stands on hunting videos in Texas.

Anyone ever used or seen these transported by vehicles here in Georgia???

There was a place, near cumming, hwy 20 and bethelview, that had a tow behind trailer version on display. It looked pretty interesting.

They did had the wheels off... Guess it could have been a little too mobile. As an easy target I mean.

A guy in a lease I was in down in talbot county years ago had one alot like this one from your post. Completely enclosed with battery operated hydraulic lift.



If I remember right he said it cost around 6K and that was back in 1999/2000

thats a lot of money to dump into a deerstand...cool idea-but to expensive......I reckon Ill just keep using my tomcat II climber....

There is (or was) a place on US 19 just north of Americus that makes them.

My dad built one after getting the sale brochure at the buckarama. They sold for about $6,000. He built his for about $800. He could also haul a four wheeler on the trailer it was built on. He sold it three years after he built it for $3000.

I know a guy who has 2. He built them himself and has disabilities where he is limited on how far he can walk and cannot climb so he pulls it with his 4 wheeler and hunts where ever he stops...
Works for him.

The photo on the back of the pickup truck costs $7,995 (which ain't cheap so hopefully someone can find lower prices somewhere) according to that web site I just stumbled across where it came from. Portable Hunting Blinds by Hy-Lift

i have hunted out of the hydralic lift stand that is anchored by the trailer...these stands are awesome and easy for a wheelchair hunter like me to use.

shhhhh.. just go by sunbelt rentals late at night ..
