On an early a/c rifle hunt. Sitting in a tight hardwood draw in between two huge 2yr old clear cuts. Haven’t been in here this year, it was just somewhere that was a short walk that historically has been good. Several fresh rubs we can see from where we are sitting. Hear some acorns dropping 60 yards in front of us.

It’s bonus tags, so brown it’s down until 7:00, then I told him buck only. Don’t wanna be fooling with a doe half the night.
