Because I haven't seen it posted yet... DO NOT cut the barrel to less than 18" without getting a form 1 approved for a short barreled shotgun. It is a felony. The 18" is measured from the boltface in a closed breach to the muzzle.

Slugs turned down and buck shot turned up so you can tell them apart in the dark easily. Nice!
