Getting ready to swap out a couple 4x4 deck posts, want to go 6x6, 9ft height. I am looking for an djustable post base. In case I cut short or want to raise it. Can anyone point me at one? Going w a concrete footing, then I'll set base and figure height. TIA

Make sure your footing is above final grade of soil.
Instead of adjustable post base.Jack up the deck a 1/4" with temporary bracing on each side of each post.
Cut the new support 1/4" total length shorter than total jacked up lenth and install.
I would also install a metal base between wood post and the concrete.
Make sure every thing is secured.Nails and screws doesn,t meet code anymore so you will need some metal connectors in addition to screws/nails.
