Bought 3 dozen fresh eggs and was going to pickle a few..
BUT... I had three different kinds of pepper and didn't realize I was out of vinegar.
Sooooooo....
6 went to a sausage, ham and high- dollar cheese Quiche. The Danish is mixed in and put Muenster around the edges and in the center. Danish Havarti is really creamy. A little firmer than cheese whiz and the Muenster gets kind of crusty. Hope the contrast works out. Top pic is after it rested. 2nd- it was still bubbling.
We will see in a bit if it tastes anywhere near as good as it looks. ?
