Any one ever used (or heard of) Angel Food Ministries?

Ok, although this isn't a post about cooking, but my wife & I just joined this program http://www.angelfoodministries.com/ and wondered if anyone else has used this service. If you look at the monthly menu, you get a lot of food (mostly chicken) but it seems like it saves a bit of money.

This is August's menu (it changes monthly):
(4) 4 oz. Bacon-Wrapped Beef Fillets
(4) 6 oz. Pork Chops
(1) 2lbs. Chicken Nuggets
(1) 4lbs. I.Q.F Thighs
(1) 6ct. Corn Dogs
(1) 26 oz. Banquet Chicken & Stuffing Bake
(1) 16 oz. Fully-Cooked Meatballs
(1) 16 oz. Ground Turkey
(1) 15 oz. Pork & Beans
(1) 16 oz. Pasta
(1) 26 oz. Pasta Sauce
(2) Cans Marie Callendar's Chicken Gourmet Soup
(1) 7.5 oz. Pancake Mix
(1) 16 oz. Rice
(1) Dessert Item
(1) Dozen Eggs
all for $25.00

Just thought I would share this with everyone, seeing how nobody can afford gas in a few weeks or days:hair:

I've heard of them, they are located here in Monroe. My buddy Wayne drives for them and makes deliveries once a month.

I'm always skeptical of "package deals", figure someone has to be amking something off of it.

I've researched this organization throughly and find nothing suspect. I'm in no way connected with it, nor do I use its services, but good work deserves to be regcognized.
