Any small business owners on NC/GA border?

Curious if anyone can offer advice on setting up a new business on NC/GA border.

I have property/addresses in both states and trying to sort out whether there's a benefit in registering in one location over the other. I live in GA but would probably use my NC place as a remote office. Work locations would vary.

I've been a business owner for a little while and will also see what my accountant has to say.

Was figuring someone on here has wrestled with this before.

NC state income tax is 1% lower than Georgia. Otherwise, it's just a line in the sand.

We moved our business one county over. Be sure to compare at the county level as well.
