Did KVD retire? Was hoping he’d come back and fish BASS another year or two. Wonder if he partners back up for commentating with his buddies now.

Also, saw the list of who’s in the 24’ Classic - may have recognized 10 guys. Wow it’s a different tour and field now.

I have a very strong suspicion that KVD isn't done. I wouldn't be surprised to see him back at BASS in another year or so.

I have no idea how accurate it is but read somewhere a bunch of the veteran anglers are retiring because they can't compete with the youngsters who grew up on video games using the forward looking sonar . There is a push to outlaw it in professional bass and crappie tournaments or make a separate division.
