Wife had plans tonight and didn’t tell me in time enough to go by the grocery store. Rambled through the pantry and freezer for what was available. We just barely slid by tonight.

I'd say things will get better, but I don't see how it can get much better than that!

The funny part is when I told my boys (ages 3 and 7) that I was cooking steak, they requested hot dogs... after cooking I told them it was a DEER steak and I couldn’t keep them away from it! They were both there for every harvest last season and love knowing where their food came from.
