Got the word from the mechanic. He sez transfer case, but took the "load off of it" to make it basically a 2 wheel drive truck so that Buzz would have some transportation. He sed 1200 for used transfer case, 2k for a rebuilt one.

It's a full size BRonco. 5.8. I think the one's I seen were in that ballpark, but then I would still be paying labor.

'94 Full size. He plans to keep this truck forever, and I tolt him I'd help him keep it on the road through college. I'm expecting to put a tranny, engine, and xfer case in it over the next few years.
