Carp above West Point

I'm thinking about going to the snake creek area above west point this weekend to see if there's any carp around but a need a couple feet of water - hoping someone here that's familiar with the area can tell me what gauges to look at to know if there'll be enough water down there.

No rain = low,clear water.
Don't know about no gauges.

The level still fluctuates a lot due to releases from Buford dam which has still been letting out a decent bit of water some days.

The franklin gauge is the closest to snake creek:

There is plenty of water anywhere up that way. Been in that area a few evenings this week fishing. As long as the lake is at 634 or above it really doesn't matter what the river is running in Franklin. If it does get down below 11 ft at Franklin you might start running into issues.

I saw a lot of spawning carp below West Point dam a couple weeks ago
