combine worcestershire sauce, zest and juice from a lime or two, salt, pepper, chipotle tabasco sauce, and brown sugar to boneless, skinless chicken thighs:

grill on charcoal and plate with rice and beans dolloped with sour cream, and a side of top shelf guacamole:

Man, that looks all kinds of good! I do something very similar sometimes, and it's a good way to fix some bird meat.
