Mahi Mahi Tacos

Grilled mahi filets coated in salt, pepper, garlic powder, chipotle powder and cumin. A slaw made from purple cabbage, jalapeño, onion, cilantro, Mayo, vinegar, lime juice salt, pepper and cumin, homemade guacamole, a little pico and some chipotle aioli.

Dern’ get tied up with work stuff and almost missed the 5* dining experience!
Glad I scrolled a little further than usual-Knocked it out once again. Mahi is probably my #1 fish of choice- To cook & catch!
