Thursday Night Snapper

Snapper filet coated in cumin, coriander, chipotle powder, garlic powder, and salt pan seared. Served over some cumin coated blistered sweet taters, and some crab meat with veggies, ginger and cilantro. The green sauce is ginger, onion, garlic, cilantro and avocado cooked down with chicken stock and cumin and then put in a blender. The other sauce is a chipotle aioli type concoction.

El Salvador chicken soup here. My daughter in laws Dad (he’s from El Salvador) stopped by earlier with a pot he made today as his token for quartering up some wild pigs for him the other night. Yup, that’s bone in chicken right there. But Lord it’s goooood!!!

And of course…….he brought a couple of hog hams and a whole loin….
