Snapper filet coated in cumin, coriander, chipotle powder, garlic powder, and salt pan seared. Served over some cumin coated blistered sweet taters, and some crab meat with veggies, ginger and cilantro. The green sauce is ginger, onion, garlic, cilantro and avocado cooked down with chicken stock and cumin and then put in a blender. The other sauce is a chipotle aioli type concoction.
