Made it out to the range today to shoot and break the rifle in. It is a Christensen Arms Ridgeline 6.5cm with a 24". Mine weighed in at 6lbs 8 ounces bare and 7lbs 15 ounces scoped with a Leupold VX5 3-15x44.

I shot 53 rds, cleaning every 10 rds. CA recommends cleaning every 6 so I cheated a little.

Most of what I shot was Hornady Match 140, 147, and Hornady Precision 143gr. The rifle exceeded my expectations shooting several half moa groups with factory ammo at 100 yards.

Man...you gotta feel confident with that. (y)

I really like the specs with that rifle. Always nice seeing a lightweight gun deliver heavyweight performance.

6.5CM reminds me of the old Virginia Slims commercials, "You've come a long way...". Now that there are some some solid hunting loads on the market it really makes a pile of sense....especially in a light config like yours.

Mighty sweet glass, too.

The rifle outshoots me by far! Lol I don't consider myself a great shot but this one made me look good. First 50 rds through a "factory gun" with factory ammo, I'm thoroughly impressed.
