Did anyone not recieve pics from at&t problems

I have my Tactacams(3) to send pics at 7a.m. and 7 p.m. I received no pics yesterday at 7 a.m. but did at 7 p m. The evening batch had pics taken before 7 a.m., just not sent. This morning pics were sent normally. Anybody else have this problem?

All the guys i work with that have att phones had problems with no service yesterday morning lowndess cook county .

All AT&T mobile services were out yesterday morning, Nationwide.
