Dirt Hole filled with water

What do you guys do in this situation? Remove water, if so how?

Not much you can do,except give it time to drain. I guess you could siphon it out..with a hose,or pump? Something like a piece of gas hose & primer bulb for a boat gas tank. Maybe you could pile up a little dirt on the top side..to divert water around it…prevent it from going in the hole to start with..?

What I use is steel wool, sheep wool, etc in the bottom of a 1 1/4 pipe that acts like a dirt hole. This keeps the hole from collapsing and it’ll eventually drain and your bait/scent will still be there.
