Duck meat tacos

Shot a couple of wood ducks sun..brined til tonight cooked in air fryer..made tacos with jalapeños & cabbage ..c jack cheese & toasted sesame dressing..with blk eyed peas, stir fried cabbage. Dang great..makes me wish I could we could have found that 3rd bird..fell 200 yds in the thick clear cut.
