All I know is soup, baby tacos, chicken and a pineapple / peach fritter.

They don’t call it that but that’s what I call it. Everything, all spices, sauces, taco shells, made right here in the kitchen. These spices and ingredients aren’t from a “shaker” either, they chop, dice, mince, cook, etc.

The chicken was on a grill but used her Dad’s seasoning. Fresh pineapple / banana juice to drink.

Looks yummy. I do l enjoy the south of the border flavors, especially when fresh and homemade.

If things progress as expected we will have a Colombian DIL in 2023. She is a keeper.

The first time I had the soup I called it hogfoot soup because it had a pigs foot in the pot. Tonight he diced up beef tongue about the size of a nickel. It’s just right on spices.
