Enhanced Italian Chick Breasts

Went Italian last night.

Toasting some pine nuts (this smells way too good: )

Add a bunch of fresh basil leaves, Parmesan cheese, garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper, and you've got some homemade pesto. Good stuff.

Butterflied, pounded, and stuffed some chicken breasts with Italian sausage, basil, mozzarella and such; grilled them with some pecan smoke, drizzled them with a lemon/butter sauce, and plated them up with farfelle pasta, mushrooms, and pesto. It was tolerably edible. :)

Was gonna post a pic of my chopped sirloin n sides plate till I saw this. Holy Cow!!! I'd wear that out.

And come back for 2nds.
