decoys ruin more hunts than make them that I've seen. BUT! It sure is cool sight to watch when a bad to the bone tom or tom's come to a decoy

I hardly ever use a decoy either but I have to say some of my favorite hunts I was using a full strut Tom !

In my part of the world the 2 yr olds are fooled by decoys but the older ones are shy. I use a hen and jake, but have never used a full strut tom

Rifle or bait pile, those are your options. LOL. Set up where they are coming from, deer hunt them a lil
