finger mullet trap is there one is it legal where the best place cast net some and tide

wondering about have to get some don't know when or where to try
mouth of small runs up in runs and tide
is there such a thing as trying a minnow type trap batted know nothing about this have caught plenty mud minnows
what say ya'll

I've minnow trapped a bunch of muds, but I ain't never seen a finger mullet in a trap...

Small cheap cast net in questionable places gets my small mullet...lol

Traps in saltwater are only legal for mud minnows

Use a cast net to catch your fingerling mullet. You`ll do better right at dark, in the black dark, or right at sunrise.

Or at least, that`s when I have the best luck.
