Have about 4-10 responsible hunters (depending on lease size) looking for a lease near Cordele GA. From Tampa Fl so looking for a 4-5 hour drive. Doesnt have to be in Cordele exactly. Looking for something that would hunt about 10 of us so about 400+ acres. We are mostly archery and may do black power some. Will manage the land. We are not "if its brown its down" group. Will need a mix of hardwoods and pines. Price depending on quality of land.
