Haven't posted much in here lately, but here's some stuff that I've remembered to take pics of the last while. Been eating a lot of deer, as you can see.
Backstrap medallions seared in cast iron with a red wine/balsamic/shallot reduction, stuffed mushrooms, roasted garlic mashed taters, and grilled pita bread:
Bambi tips: Deer backstrap chunks seared medium rare with peppers, onions, and mushrooms. Baked tater and garlic bread. Good stuff:

Fried deer steak with gravy, fried bacon-n-onion taters, and cornbread:
Chicken quesadillas with homemade guacamole and sour cream:
Sliders. Mmmmm.
Blackened snapper with dirty rice. Delicious.
Cedar-planked salmon with oven-roasted taters, stir-fried veggies, and pita bread:
