I had a mullet in the 80's. That's the only mullet I've ever tried

My grandfather and me used to go to a place in Wakulla County, FL called the Seineyard. There the boats would go out and seine the mullet, hundreds of pounds at a time and bring them in. From there we would pick out the mullet with roe and fry them up on the Coleman stove nice and fresh. Man I miss those days.
