Last night, the final pork tenderloin taken out to make room in the new freezer…

ptl smeared with some bbq sauce left from the ribs, and cauliflower. I am getting better at this. I tend to overcook the plt a little. Much better this time. Fork cut tender. Maybe 2m less per side next time and it’ll be perfect. Lawrys seasoned salt and some parm on the cauliflower. 3/3 said it was good

Fine fixins ya'll, we've started eating out on Friday and Saturday since Mrs. Browns got the Wildbunch (grandbabies) all week and cooks 2 or three meals, we went to a place we haven't been to in a while, the Original Steak and Rib house in Cartersville, we'll be making it over there more often, forgot how good it was. She got 1/2 barbecue chicken plate, and I got the sampler platter, after the salad bar, we wound up with enough leftovers to feed us another meal. 20240126_190053.jpg
