Pan seared scallops with pasta in a sauce made from duck bacon drippings, flour, chicken stock, thyme, onion, garlic, asparagus tips, and lemon.
Valley Head Bread….. the best thing I’ve found in a long time! Toasted some up with Parmesan, creole seasoning and crumbled duck bacon.
