Glad it’s over (gobbler’s viewpoint)

Went over to one of the landowners land I hunt on to have a cup of coffee Sunday morning. The man is 89 and his wife is 84. Was sitting there drinking coffee (social distancing of course) and this gobbler walked up. He ate some bird seed in the yard and sat down for a rest. Guess he was wore out from leading me on some wild goose chases this Spring. :rofl:05D5000B-C92A-4F6D-8CE9-464632610708.jpegE8B3F393-15D8-408D-A320-D16997296E6B.jpeg

That is awesome lol

Sounds about like what would happen to me at my primary turkey spot, 85 yr old couple lives there and he swears that most of the time I leave he will have some gobblers come thru his yard, NO way that can be the birds Ive been chasing all morning, or could they be lol. Regardless we get a kick out of it.

Maybe he knew you were there watching and was making a point as to which one of you won the battle and squatted to let you know what you can kiss
:rofl:He did that for sure!
