Pork chops marinated overnight in Goya mojo criolla and grilled. Oven-roasted taters. Bread. Pretty durn good.

Caribou steaks marinated in Mojo Criollo and roasted over a fire on the banks of a trout stream in the Smokies is one of finest meats I've ever enjoyed.
I don't remember being invited to that....:mad:

That Goya mojo criolla is good stuff. I'm like @pjciii .... I keep a couple in the pantry.

As much as I like the Badia stuff in general, their mojo marinade is not very good. Goya is da bomb.
