I love that Goya mojo. Probably have 3 unopened in the pantry and 1 in refrigerator half used. Imparts so many great flavors. Chicken and pork take to it like peas and carrots.Pork chops marinated overnight in Goya mojo criolla and grilled. Oven-roasted taters. Bread. Pretty durn good.

I don't remember being invited to that....Caribou steaks marinated in Mojo Criollo and roasted over a fire on the banks of a trout stream in the Smokies is one of finest meats I've ever enjoyed.
