Tough Fishing
I fished Lanier yesterday also. Put in at Tidwell and stayed on the south end all day. I wound up with 2 spots about 2.5 lbs. each. Caught one on a fishhead and the other on a dropshot with a small roboworm. Both were in ditches with brush and about 30 feet deep. I think it is tough for most right now. The deep bite (over 30 feet) is tough for me and I think that is where most of the biting fish are right now.
