Happy Birthday YHFP Supper

Today is YHFP's birthday, but she wanted me to cook her birthday supper yesterday when I didn't have to get up at 4AM and get home at 6PM. Probably a good idea.

She requested big coconut shrimp with orange marmalade/dijon/ lime sauce, and Cajun fat taters. No more, no less.





I found these colossal 10-count wild Carolina shrimp-they looked like half grown lobsters.
